Our goal at SpineFirst is to make sure you have ALL of the information you need to make the best decision for you and your health.
The majority of appointments will take place at Carolina NeuroSurgery & Spine Associates' main office located at 225 Baldwin Ave., Charlotte, NC 28204, which is one of our SpineFirst clinics. However, depending on your needs, we may be able to offer a virtual appointment as well.
There are no costs associated with requesting a SpineFirst second opinion. Once our Care Coordination Leader collects and reviews your medical information, they will work with the surgical team to make a recommendation on next steps, whether that be an in-person consultation, additional necessary imaging, or a virtual appointment. Our Care Coordination Leader will discuss each step and any billable costs with you.
You can expect to hear from our Care Coordination Leader within two business days. During that first call, we will map out the next steps to get you the comprehensive evaluation you need. We anticipate this will all happen within one week of receiving your completed information. If there are any additional follow-ups needed, your spine specialist will discuss this with you directly.
If you would like to discuss your second opinion further, please reach out to our Care Coordination Leader at 704-831-4000 to schedule a follow-up appointment.
